You will have the opportunity to increase your speed, strength, agility and conditioning which will help you improve and even excel in your specific sport.

2 times per week

Duration: 1-1.5 hours

Days of the Week: Monday, Wednesday

Cost: $150 per 8 Sessions / $30 drop in session
