Team Collins provides a training program tailored to sports teams. The purpose of this program is to give teams the opportunity to focus solely on in-land training to develop speed, agility, strength, and conditioning for all members while working on team bonding at the same time.
Training Sessions: Minimum of 8 sessions per team
Team training (up to 20 athletes. Additional charge of $10 for every athlete over 20)
Duration: 1 hour
Days of the week available: Mon – Saturday
Cost: $200 per sessions (drop in)
