Whether you’re a track and field, soccer, football, baseball or basketball athlete, etc. You will have the opportunity to increase your speed, strength, agility and conditioning which will help you improve and even excel in your specific sport.

 Training Sessions (Option 1):

2 times per week

Duration: 1-1.5 hours

Days of the Week: Monday, Wednesday

Cost: $150 per 8 Sessions / $30 drop in session

Training Sessions (Option 2):

3 times per week

Duration: 1-1.5 hours

Days of the Week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Cost: $200 per 12 Session / $30 drop in session

What’s better than getting faster and stronger with your teammates? Team Collins provides a training program tailored to sports teams. The purpose of this program is to give teams the opportunity to focus solely on in-land training to develop speed, agility, strength and conditioning for all members while working on team bonding at the same time.

Training Sessions: Minimum of 8 sessions per Team

Duration: 1.5 hours

Days of the week: Available Mon – Saturday

Cost: $200 per session

We are in a time where health and wellness means everything. The earlier we start getting our youth interested in physical activity, the better it is for them later in life.

We offer programs for elementary schooled children that not only include physical activity but also self-esteem and confidence building. More than anything it is our goal to strengthen the minds and soul of young men and women. Partner with us!
